Returns & Refund Policy
GENERAL STATEMENT
At I AM MUSCLE, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be instances when you need to return a product, and we want to make this process as smooth as possible. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you have a change of heart about your purchase, you have specific timeframes for returns based on the type of product you bought:- Food Supplements: You have 14 calendar days from the day after you received your product to initiate a return, in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.
- Clothing: For clothing items, you have 28 days from the day after you received your product to initiate a return.
Notify us in writing of your intent to return the product by emailing us at contact@iammuscle.co.uk
- If the product is unboxed, provide clear photographs demonstrating that it is in its original perfect condition. If the product is still in its original packaging, take pictures of the box/packaging.
- Please note that we can only accept returned products in their original, undamaged, and unused condition.
- If your order included promotional items, the value of these items will be deducted from your refund if you wish to keep them or have already opened them.
Any returns requested outside of the specified timeframes cannot be accepted.
RETURNING GOODS
If you wish to return unused products within the stipulated timeframes, please follow these guidelines:- Initiate the return request within the specified return period by emailing us at contact@iammuscle.co.uk and requesting a return number.
- Fill out the returns note using the return number provided in your return request.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to the following address:

WF1 9UB - Ensure that all returned items are sent in a trackable manner.
- Return all unused items in their original packaging along with the completed return note.
Upon receiving your returned items, our quality control team will inspect the product and packaging for damage and usage. If any products are found to be damaged or used, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly. We may request photographs as evidence that the product is still in its original packaging and has not been used or damaged.
RETURNING OUTSIDE THE RETURNS PERIOD
If you attempt to return a purchase outside of the specified return period, we reserve the right not to offer a full refund. In such cases, we may return the purchase to you, and you will be responsible for the applicable delivery fees. Please contact us at contact@iammuscle.co.uk for further information.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
We require proof of purchase, such as a receipt, dispatch note, or other documentation, to process any refunds or exchanges.
REFUNDING DELIVERY CHARGES
If you have notified us in writing that you wish to cancel your order under the Consumer Contract Regulations, and your return meets our Returns and Refund Policy criteria, you will be entitled to a full refund, including delivery charges (if applicable). We are unable to refund delivery charges if only part of your order is being canceled.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS AND REFUNDS
If you applied a promotional discount when making your purchase, please be aware that in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted amount.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us at contact@iammuscle.co.uk. If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel it under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 by contacting us at the same email address. If your order included promotional items and you wish to return or cancel your order, the value of the promotional items will be deducted from your refund if you choose to keep them or have already opened them.
CANCELLATION PERIOD
We can cancel your order at any time until it has been dispatched. If your order has already been sent, you may still cancel it under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 by contacting us at contact@iammuscle.co.uk.
DELIVERY CHARGES
If your return complies with our Returns and Refund Policy, you will receive a full refund, including delivery charges (if applicable). We cannot refund delivery charges if only part of your order is being canceled.
TAKING CARE OF OUR GOODS
It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of our products until they are safely returned to us. We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods, so please avoid damaging your purchase while inspecting it, including any original packaging. We are not liable for goods that do not reach our stated returns address, nor can we accept liability for goods returned to us by mistake. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for returned purchases, if applicable. If substantial damage has occurred to the product, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and I AM MUSCLE occur when the products are dispatched to you. If we are unable to accept your order, it may be due to factors such as product availability, payment authorization issues, or pricing or product description errors.
REFUNDS
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you can do so within the specified return period:- Food Supplements: Within 14 days of delivery.
- Clothing: Within 28 days of delivery.
Once we receive your returned product(s) in their original packaging, we will process your refund within two weeks. Please note that it may take up to seven days for your bank to credit your account, and we are not responsible for any bank charges incurred during this process.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your purchase is faulty or damaged, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to reject the goods and return them to our warehouse for a full refund.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND OUR LIABILITY
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods, and they remain your responsibility until they are safely returned to us. We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods, so please avoid damaging your purchase while inspecting it, including any original packaging. We do not accept liability for goods that do not reach our stated returns address, nor can we accept liability for goods returned to us by mistake. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Our Returns and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights with respect to faulty or damaged goods.
SALE ITEMS / FMCG
Please note that special conditions may apply to sale items and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Refunds for items purchased on sale are not applicable beyond a seven-day period from the date of purchase. This policy is in place due to the typical reason for sale reductions, which often relate to products nearing their best before dates.All sale items are clearly labeled with their best before dates or any visible damage.
Please note that I AM MUSCLE cannot be held responsible for compliance with ingredient laws in countries other than the UK. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure compliance with their local regulations before placing an order.
